The City of Lawrenceville, GA has made great strides in creating a downtown district that is quicky becoming the suburban/urban destination for dining, entertainment, shopping and business in the northeast Gwinnett corridor. The addition of mixed-use projects like Southlawn, reinforces the City’s master plan by increasing residential and retail density. The $200 Million development delivered 400 new multi-family units, 200 single family dwellings and 17,000SF of retail. Urban Retail Advisors worked with The Novare Group in developing a vision and strategy for the retail space. The result of that work activated a new corridor of indie and regional restaurants located next to the Lawrenceville Event Lawn and Amphitheater district.
