Sugar Hill

Sugar Hill is undergoing a reimagining and transformation of its central downtown district.  The E Center is a $40 Million project complete with an amphitheater, performing arts center, a 30,000SF community gymnasium and 40,000SF of retail, restaurant and office space.  Creating walkable occasions and providing entertainment, shopping and wellness options for residents, Sugar Hill is part of a growing suburban movement to reverse the effects of sprawl.
