Multi-Family Retail Delivery Guidance

Flournoy Development Group is currently in the schematic design phase of an eight-story residential development in Charlotte’s South End District. Featuring more than 350 apartments, the project includes 12,000 SF of retail, prominently positioned at the corner of West Tremont Street, a popular retail and restaurant corridor.

As the retail component will serve as an important amenity for both the residential tenant base and the surrounding shopping and dining district, Flournoy Development is taking extra measures with the design of the retail bays, storefronts, and MEP infrastructure. To ensure the retail spaces are ideally positioned to attract high-quality restaurant and retail tenants, ownership has engaged Urban Retail Advisors to provide recommendations regarding optimal construction delivery conditions.
